We were established by Julie Wooliston and Sue Skae, who both have backgrounds in football and hotel management.
This gives us expert knowledge and first-hand experience in tailoring hotel accommodation and travel arrangements for sports-related individuals, teams and travelling groups.

As a specialist sports accommodation agent, we liaise with hotels for all major and minor details; sourcing training facilities, complimentary manager upgrades, meeting rooms, pre-match meals, day-lets, individual menus, sending rooming lists, contract and invoice checking. We can do as much or as little as required!

We also recognise that many football and sports clubs have limited budgets and/or very specific requirements. Through continuous negotiation with all major chain and independent hotels throughout the UK, and by placing repeat business (with meticulous attention to detail) we are able to benefit clubs by offering the best possible hotels and rates available.

Meet The Team
Julie Wooliston
Julie's previous job history is mainly in hotels and was the revenue manager at a popular football hotel. She has invaluable first-hand experience of making all relevant arrangements for football teams, and looking after them whilst in-house.
Sue Skae
Sue previously worked in the England teams department at the FA. She was responsible for organising the national and international travel and hotel arrangements for the England youth and women’s teams, gaining experience of hotel and travel requirements at the highest level.
Emily Hickmott & Holly Killick
Office manager Emily has been with Jem since 2017 and account manager Holly has been with Jem since 2022. Both have backgrounds in administration and Emily also has experience within hotel management. They manage the day to day running of the office, liaising with all football clubs, and all aspects here at Jem Sports
